Yes. All decorated cut-out cookies require a two-dozen minimum order quantity. Chocolate covered OREOS and cake pops require a one-dozen minimum order (for a single design). Mini cakes & Itty-Bitty cakes are my specialty, so additional lead time (2+ weeks) would be needed for any cake larger than 6 inches.
Minnesota cottage bakery laws do not permit shipping, so currently, all orders are for home or vender location pick-up only.
YES. Please plan ahead! My calendar can get pretty hectic juggling family, baking, step kids, medical appointments, sports, and other creative endeavors. Try to book orders at least a month in advance, to ensure that I will be able to accommodate your event.
Sometimes. It depends on my current schedule. It never hurts to ask! I will always to my best to accommodate your request!
IF I am able to accept a rush order: Orders needed two weeks or less before pick-up date are subject to a 25% rush fee. Orders needed within 3 days are subject to a 50% rush fee. Orders needed within 36 hours are subject to a 100% rush fee.
A non-refundable deposit of half the total order quote is required to book your order and save the date. (Rush orders must be paid in full at time of booking)
It’s all relative. I have carefully calculated my ingredient costs, supplies, packaging, presentation and my time involved to provide competitive pricing.
I have developed my own custom blend of gluten-free flours (not available in stores), and utilizes 8-10 individual flours, starches and additives to create a texture and consistency that you’ll never know is gluten-free!
A great deal of creative thought, detail and practice goes into each order. As a result, all prices listed are the minimum starting price for a bare-bones, plain jane item and all final prices are quoted with consultation only.
